If it is an emergency and is after hours please call our on call phones 940-233-0422 or 940-233-0403 Recently the city changed internet services to accept on-line payments – not just utility bills, but also other city services. If you pay your utility bill after 7:00 pm on the 15th then you will automatically be assessed a late fee. The city’s utility bills are typically mailed out between the 27th and the 30th each month and are due by the close of business (4:45 pm) on the 15th of the following month. As for those people who drop off their payments at city hall, Remember, We empty the drop box at 7:30 a.m. when we come to work on the 16th. Everything after that is assessed a penalty.
